The goal of physical rehabilitation is to improve strength, movement, muscle flexibility and positional awareness. This will result in an increased balance, kinesthetic awareness, eliminated muscle spasm, balance and improved posture. Physical rehabilitation works to correct postural and muscle imbalance, thereby reducing pain and dysfunction. This is accomplished by of manual therapy, individualized modalities and specific exercises.
Our patients are given special exercises for their conditions. They are designed to strengthen and correct the structural problems. These exercises can be done at home.
